Director of Event Marketing & Partnerships
We are looking for a Director of Event Marketing & Partnerships to join our dynamic marketing team and lead the strategy, execution, and growth of our promotional event programming and brand partnerships. This is an exciting opportunity to drive impactful experiences and collaborations that extend beyond the dining table, creating buzz, deepening guest loyalty, and positioning our restaurants as social and culinary destinations.

Work conditions: Hybrid or fully remote with moderate travel. Must be based in Los Angeles, South Florida, Las Vegas or the San Francisco Bay area.

Position Overview:
The Director of Event Marketing & Partnerships will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-impact events, strategic brand partnerships, and unique guest experiences across our restaurant portfolio. This role will work closely with the Vice President of Marketing, culinary and operations teams, and external brand partners to build a best-in-class events strategy that elevates our brand, drives revenue, and positions our restaurants at the forefront of culture, hospitality, and lifestyle.
The ideal candidate is a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for hospitality, deep connections in the lifestyle, luxury, and entertainment space, and a strong background in event marketing, brand partnerships, and experiential activations.


Key Responsibilities:

Event Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute an annual events and partnerships strategy that drives brand awareness, foot traffic, and revenue across all restaurant locations.
  • Conceptualize and execute high-impact events including chef-driven dinners, seasonal activations, pop-ups, product launches, holiday celebrations, and VIP events.
  • Collaborate with culinary, operations, and marketing teams to bring unique experiences to life that embody the spirit of each restaurant.
  • Ensure every event reflects the brand’s core values, aesthetic, and guest experience.

Strategic Partnerships & Collaborations

  • Identify and cultivate brand partnerships with luxury, lifestyle, beverage, fashion, entertainment, and cultural brands that align with the company’s ethos.
  • Negotiate partnership terms and contracts that drive mutual value, revenue, and brand awareness.
  • Develop and execute exclusive collaborative events, influencer programs, and co-branded activations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and brands in the culinary, lifestyle, and entertainment industries.

Revenue Generation & Performance Tracking

  • Collaborate with restaurant GMs and operations teams to ensure all events are revenue-driving and impactful.
  • Track the success of each event and partnership through clear KPI metrics such as guest attendance, revenue generated, press coverage, social media impact, and new guest acquisition.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to scale and expand event offerings to drive consistent growth.

PR, Content & Promotion Support

  • Partner with the PR and social media team to drive strong press coverage and digital exposure around events and partnerships.
  • Oversee content capture during events to maximize social media visibility and storytelling.
  • Ensure all events and partnerships are promoted effectively across digital, social, and PR channels.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in event marketing, partnerships, or experiential marketing, ideally within the hospitality, luxury, or lifestyle industries.
  • Proven track record of conceptualizing and executing high-impact events that drive brand awareness and revenue.
  • Strong relationships with luxury, fashion, beverage, hospitality, and lifestyle brands for potential partnership opportunities.
  • Deep understanding of luxury hospitality and the high-touch guest experience.
  • Creative, strategic, and resourceful thinker with exceptional project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a strong understanding of sponsorships and partnership contracts.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for hospitality, culinary arts, and creating unforgettable guest experiences.
