Our ideal candidate is:
A motivated beverage professional who is organized, friendly, and passionate.
You will be an integral part of our beverage team with a passion for educating and
enthralling our guests. You have amazing attention to detail, and expansive
knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer. You work well as part of a team, work well
under pressure, and have a strong desire to learn and be a leader among your
peers.
What you bring to the table:
- 2-4 years’ experience in a fine dining or casual fine dining high volume bar or restaurant
- Exceptional communication skills
- Expansive food and beverage knowledge
- Experience in beverage recipe development and staff education
- Intellectual curiosity
- Ability to work clean, organized, and as part of a team
- Ability to move and lift 40 pounds at a time
- At least 21 years of age
- Must be able to stand and walk for an extended period of time
Salary range: $62-80/hr ($16.99 base rate + $45-63 in hourly tips)
